How to pay for cloud hosting and VPS with crypto

Pay for cloud providers, servers, and VPS hosting with a crypto-funded virtual Visa card.

Cloud and hosting providers bill a card for usage. Skope lets you pay from crypto by funding a virtual Visa, which is useful for developers and teams operating on-chain.

Steps

  1. Connect a wallet on Base (or bridge/swap in funds during the funding step).
  2. Choose how much you want on the card in USD.
  3. Pay with USDC, or borrow USDC against crypto you'd rather keep.
  4. Generate the virtual Visa card and use its number to pay for cloud hosting or a VPS.
  • Usage-based cloud bills vary month to month, so keep enough balance to avoid a failed charge interrupting service.
