Skope

Get a virtual card with ETH

Turn Ethereum (ETH) into a virtual Visa card on Base in seconds, then pay online without moving through a bank first. Skope is non-custodial.

How funding with ETH works

ETH is swapped to USDC on Base inside the app (you can bridge from Ethereum mainnet or other chains in the same step), then the USDC funds your virtual card.

Steps

  1. Connect your wallet and choose your card amount in USD.
  2. Fund with ETH (bridged/swapped to Base USDC if needed).
  3. Generate the virtual Visa card and use it online.

FAQ

Can I get a virtual card with ETH?
Yes. ETH is swapped to USDC on Base inside the app (you can bridge from Ethereum mainnet or other chains in the same step), then the USDC funds your virtual card. The card is then ready to use at most online merchants that accept Visa.
Do I have to sell my ETH?
To fund a card you convert ETH into USD spending power. If you'd rather keep your position, you can instead borrow USDC against supported crypto and spend that; see "spend without selling".
Where can I use the card?
At most online merchants that accept Visa. It's a Non-Reloadable U.S. prepaid card, and some merchants don't accept prepaid cards.

Skope issues a Non-Reloadable U.S. prepaid Visa card via Laso Finance. It works at most online merchants that accept Visa; some merchants do not accept prepaid cards. Skope is non-custodial and never holds your funds. This page is for general information only and is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
